KuruOm Jankalyan is very clear about the perspective in which its educational efforts are to be made. It establishes form and pattern of educational programme to promote development of a balanced and harmonious personality of the students and which should be different from the form of education prevalent at present time which emphasizes book learning to utter neglect of all other aspects of education. The KuruOm aims at a full and balanced development of students' personality, character, and lifestyle by adopting a Bahumukhi vikas of youth. For this purpose Kuruom has conceived 'Panchmukhi Shiksha' which has evolved out of our initial experimentation.. 'Panchmukhi Shiksha' attempts a balance of the five aspects of education, namely Physical, Practical, Aesthetic, Moral and Intellectual.
